Baby Girl Album

Here's a baby album I made:

This design was adapated from an album I saw on UStamp with Dawn and Friends last year (see the blinkie on my sidebar).

This used Stampin Up! designer series paper (sweet Pea), sweet pea felt, retired stamp set, buttons, ribbon, ink, cardstock, pretties, adhesive, Top Note die, Big Shot and punches.

baby boy album

Here's a little album I made for a friend who recently had a baby...actually I made two of them for two different people ;)
This little album only uses 1 piece of paper and is super easy to put together.

I didn't get very fancy with the embellishments:  I used a variety of stamps, blue ink, binder clip, ribbon button and patterned paper.

I left the inside mostly blank for pictures and journaling/titles.

Email me if you have any questions.

Christmas Album - Part 2

Here's the remaining pages of the Christmas album I've been working on...
Again, this shaped album uses a variety of manufacturers' stickers, die cuts, papers (cardstock and patterned), ribbon, rhinestones etc.

Here's a couple pages with less "traditional" colors:

I'm so excited to have this finished so I can add my photos!

Christmas in February

I have been working on this Christmas Album since Thanksgiving...that's when my sister graciously organized, cut and assembled these albums for our family get together.  I have been slowly finishing the pages and am now ready to add pictures!  Over the next couple days, I'm going to show you the album pages...

This is the front of the book and below is the 1st page.
Here are pages 3 and 4:

I hand pieced the Christmas tree on the right side of the page.  This uses a variety of cardstock, designer and patterned papers, stickers, die cuts, ribbons, buttons, brads, and rhinestones from lots of different manufacturers.  Here is a closer shot of the tree:
And here is a closer shot of the christmas cookie pages:

What do you think?  I'll show you the rest of the pages tomorrow

Cool Cocktails....

I saw an album made by Tresa Black, that was similar to this a while back...in fact, these are her recipes.  I thought it was SO cute that I had to try one of my own....

Here's some of the pictures of the inside pages...

and another....

There are divided sections for Martinis, Margaritas, Shooters and Tiki Drinks....
Here is one of the recipe sections:

and some more pages....

and more recipes...I made "pocket" pages for the recipe cards to be slipped in and out of.

and some more pages...

and recipes again....

Each section had it's own color and matching tab.

and last set of recipes...

And finally, here's the back cover.  I did add some ribbon to the binder rings that isn't shown in the picture.

There was a variety of products and colors used and I think it turned out pretty well.  This was my first use of a clear, acrylic album and I was pleased with how it went together.  The pictures of all my "cool cocktails" were stock photos I printed from the internet.
What do you think?

Mini Album

This cute little mini album was a project featured on Ustamp a while back.  It was quite easy to do and featured new stamp sets and has many pages.  This is a picture of the box that houses the mini album.  Below is a picture of the front of the album.

This was made with one of the Simply Scrappin' kits that Stampin' Up! offers...change the kit and change the theme of the album.

Here is a shot of some of the interior pages....

I'm not going to show you all the pages, but here's a few more...

Don't the die cut stickers make the cutest page embellishments?
And lastly, here is a picture of the back of the album...again embellished with some of the die cut stickers in the kit.

I gave this to one of my kids' childcare workers....she can add her own photos and journaling. Email me if you'd like to place an order or want any additional information on any of Stampin' Ups great products:  inks, stamps, simply scrappin kits, ribbons and embellishments.
