3-D Flower Card

Here's a card I made for one of my kids' teachers during Teacher Appreciation week.  It features a paper flower made from the large flower punch - I punched several, folded and scrunched them together and layered them and held them together with a brad.  The leaves were made from the oval punch.

Notecards for Purse

Here are some of the notecards (3x3") that I made to go inside the purse I showed yesterday....again these were inspired by Chiaki at Stamping Pro.
Colors are So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie, Taken with Teal, and Whisper White.

I used Happy Moments and Vintage Labels Clear Mount stamp sets and colored some of them in with Stampin' Write Markers.

I also used the tab punch, angled corner punch, and the oval punch.  The DSP is Sweet Pea.

Card Purse

This is a cute little card purse I saw over on Stampinpro's blog - she does the cutest stuff!  I altered mine slightly, making a cardstock box inside of it instead of a paper bag as she used, but I think it's adorable either way!

This uses the new Sweet Pea DSP, so saffron cardstock and taken with teal ink and cardstock colors, pumpkin pie ribbon and corduroy buttons, scallop oval punch, oval punch.  Stamp set is whimsical words (clear mount). This was made using only 1 sheet of DSP and coordinating cardstock....I'll show you what I put inside another day :)

Awash with Flowers - sneak peek!

Here's a sneak peek of a new stamp set that will be available in the New Idea Book & Catalog:  Awash with Flowers (wood and clear mount available).
This card also uses: mistle toe ribbon, old olive ink, crushed curry ink and cardstock, Rich Razzleberry ink and cardstock, Dusty Durango ink, Melon Mambo ink, Whisper White card base, glue dots, and adhesive.  This new stamp set is a "two-step" set with the outline and filled in areas meant to coordinate and be colored differently.  What do you think?

Necklaces - version 2!

These are again washers turned into necklaces, only this time using Alcohol inks and alcohol blending solution for the coloring/design and again glazing with the Crystal Effects.  So cool!
I will be making more of these as I think they'd make excellent and inexpensive gifts!
Here are a few more:

More Washer Necklaces!

Here are some more necklaces I made...using various patterned papers/scraps I have laying around.  I really LOVE how easy these are to do!

(sorry for the slightly blurred photos)
This one is kind of dark - here's another shot that shows the colors better:
This last one was touched (by my DD) before it was dry - hence the "smudge" in the finish.  I also applied a small plastic flower (from one of DD "hair pretties" - as we like to call them- for fun.
