Teacher Thank Yous

I made thank you gifts for my sons' kindergarten and k-care (day care) teachers and the bus driver.  I found votives from Yankee Candle and packaged them in a basket made with the Big Shot and the Basket & Blooms die.

I used retired DSP, snail adhesive, sticky strip, glue dots, cardstock, ink, stamps, punches and some assorted paper flowers and ric rac I had laying around.

I used Snail adhesive, cardstock, dsp, Big Shot and dies, ric rac (non SU), stamps, ink and sticky strip.

Self adhesive die cut stickers were also used.

Card Purse

This is a cute little card purse I saw over on Stampinpro's blog - she does the cutest stuff!  I altered mine slightly, making a cardstock box inside of it instead of a paper bag as she used, but I think it's adorable either way!

This uses the new Sweet Pea DSP, so saffron cardstock and taken with teal ink and cardstock colors, pumpkin pie ribbon and corduroy buttons, scallop oval punch, oval punch.  Stamp set is whimsical words (clear mount). This was made using only 1 sheet of DSP and coordinating cardstock....I'll show you what I put inside another day :)

Note Cards

Here's a little gift I'm putting together for my daycare provider - her birthday iwas yesterday.

I used Pawsitively Prints DSP to make some notecards...

These are 3x3 and feature Bashful Blue, So Saffron, Pretty in Pink, Old Olive, whisper white and Certainly Celery colored ink, DSP and CS.  I used the Eggcellent Eggs kit (die cut border pieces and flowers with rhinestone centers) as well as the scallop trim border punch.  The stamp set is For All You Do.  I used the new bird punch as well as a Martha Stewart butterfly punch.  The inside greetings are from For All You Do and Whimsical Words.
I'm going to place these in a cute little Top Note Die Purse - I'll show you that tomorrow :)

Sorry about the blurry photo.

This card came together super easy.  It is made with Sweet Pea DSP as the image featured on the front.  Colors are Old Olive, chocolate chip, bliss blue, whisper white and pretty in pink.  Stamp set (for the greeting) is well scripted (clear mount).
I like using the doubled sided DSP as my card base - it makes for a pretty interior of the card too!  I also used american crafts ric rac.

Easter Peek - Revealed

Here is what was hiding in the Easter Treat Carrier I posted yesterday:

These are made with the mini-milk carton die in the Big Shot using Pawsitively Prints DSP, pinking hearts border punch, Eggcellent Eggs kit, spiral clips (to hold them closed),  glue dots and dimensionals.  Aren't they cute?  Perfect for easter goodies for the kids!

Here's a look at the spiral clips holding the cartons closed and in the treat carrier:

The carrier was made from the same papers as the cartons and I used the word window punch to make the handle.
